That’s exactly why we roast the way we do.
Most coffee is roasted fast. That’s the standard. It’s efficient, it works, and a lot of people stick with it.
We don’t.
We use a 40-minute roast. Yep—40 minutes. It’s slower, it’s not the “normal” way, and it just makes better coffee. Slowing things down lets the flavor develop in a way that’s smoother, fuller, and way less bitter.
We’re not trying to reinvent coffee just to be different.
We just want it to taste really, really good.
And when it does? You don’t need to overthink it.
You just pour a cup… and maybe another one.
From Bean to Cup
It starts with the beans.
We source organic beans whenever we can, choosing quality right from the beginning. And for decaf? We use a chemical-free process—because you should be able to enjoy a great cup without the extra stuff.
Then we take our time.
We roast in small batches using our 40-minute roast. No rushing. No cutting corners. No “good enough.” Just steady, intentional roasting that brings out that smooth, easy-to-drink flavor we’re known for.
Next, we make it yours.
Whole bean? Ground for your setup? We’ve got you. We dial it in so it works for your routine—whether that’s a simple drip coffee or something a little more dialed in.
Then we get it to you fresh.
Shipped straight to your door or ready for local pickup—whatever works best. Because fresh coffee just tastes better. Simple as that.
And from there… it’s your cup.
Brew it how you like.
Pour a cup.
Pull a shot.
Make a latte.
Go simple or go all out—we’re not judging!

Not to Get All Sentimental, But…
This all started with a small home roaster and a “let’s just see what happens” kind of attitude.
We threw some beans in, gave it a shot (pun 100% intended), and ended up with something so smooth we couldn’t believe we hadn’t started sooner.
We’ve been around coffee for a long time—but this felt different.
Somewhere along the way, we realized it’s not just about the coffee. It’s about what it creates.
A quiet morning.
